1. Please write down your real and correct name and shipping address, including the postal code and your phone number carefully and completely when you ordering online. We will not be responsible for those unsuccessfully delivery caused by the incorrect customer name and shipping address.

2. We usually ship out the order to your given address in 1 – 3 business days since we confirmed your payment, at the same time, we will email a new invoice to you with the tracking number, you can tracking your order online in 48 hours (working day) since you received it .

3. If you have special requirements about the declare description and the declare value on the delivery invoice, please write a special note when you checkout online. Otherwise, our logistic department will write as SAMPLE or GIFT and mark the declared value about 20 USD each item*(for box) as default. We will not be responsible for orders confiscated which caused by declare description and declare value.

4. When you received the parcel, please check carefully before you sign your name on the delivery invoice, you can refuse to accept it if you think it was damaged or missed something during the delivery, and please email the details to us, so that we can ask compensate from our courier, and we can conisder to ship new parcel or the missed parts to you or compensate to you.

5. If your order is URGENT, we strongly recommend the delivery via DHL,because DHL is the fastest way all over the world now. If not so hurry,you can select EMS, because it is the safest way to pass the customs in most of the countries in the world, besides, if there is something wrong with the delivery, EMS will pay to ship back the parcel to us.

Our "shipping estimate" is an estimate of how long it will take to prepare your item for shipment and the date it will leave our warehouse. We calculate estimated shipping dates once payment for an order has been confirmed and we begin processing the order.

How are shipping estimates calculated?

When will I get my items?

You can calculate your estimated delivery time using the average processing time for your products and the average shipping time of the shipping method you chose for your order.

For example, if you order an item that requires approximately 2 working days of processing time, and select DHL Shipping(which typically requires 3-5 days), you can calculate that your order should arrive approximately 5-7 days after your payment is confirmed.

What if I want to get my items faster?

During checkout, you have a choice of different shipping speeds and can select the radio button next to that option. If you need your items by a certain time, we recommend ordering your items early and choosing a shipping method that meets your delivery requirements.
