Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call our Customer Support Hotline, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

DVBsale.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

General Returns

All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition or required condition.

Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via the Help Center and obtain a “Product Return” form that must be included with your package.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY 

1    If you wish to cancel your order: 

(a)     you can notify us by email to sales@DVBsale.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;

or(b)     where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.

2    You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reasons of faults only within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange only after you have contacted us by mail within 48hrs of receipt. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and its is the buyers responsibility to ensure the goods are sent with a traceable reference to prove receipt of goods.

3    Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

4    The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances:

in the event that the product has been used in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you to any products that by their nature have a limited lifespan, such as flowers and fresh food, The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.

5    It is the buyers responsibility to send the goods back to base (China) or otherwise stated and as instructed by a representative of DVBsale.com.  This may involve removal of main boards and parts.
